Delivery time on ALL stock
items is subject to postal service times, however all orders will be posted within 4 days from reciept of payment(not withstanding holidays). If your item is not in stock we will advise on
the probable delivery date and we will make every
effort to keep you informed of any delay.All goods are sent with the Royal Mail 1st class.
If on receipt of your order you find damage we will replace the items and pay for any return shipping.
We do not offer refunds on goods, however we ara happy to offer credit for any items ordered which are not satisfactory. Once an order is placed it is final.
No refund is given on return postage unless previously agreed by ourselves. We do endevour to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
