All orders will be posted within 24 hours from reciept of payment not withstanding private holidays, weekends or unforeseen circumstances. Please note we have a Very Large stock but it is inevitable that not every single item is in stock 100% of the time. If your item is not in stock we will advise on the probable delivery date and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delay. We will refund any items not in stock if requested. Delivery time on orders is subject to postal service times.
Note we ship worldwide using a range of couriers including parcelforce, fedex , TNT and UPS.
If on receipt of your order you find damage or incorrect goods we will replace the items and pay for any return shipping.If you have ordered the wrong size item or changed your mind or just unhappy sorry you have to pay the return postage charges, you can return for an exchange but must also pay our return postage aswell as your own. If its our mistake we we will pay the costs. We will refund any goods if you are not satisfied. However cancelling orders without good reason will result in you being charged for our transaction costs. The banks charge us for all transactions and refunds.
