WW2 German Heer Bevo Breast Eagle

£ 6.85

WW2 German Heer BeVo Breast Eagle. German army breast eagle for m40 and m43 tunics used through out ww2 by the German forces, the woven German eagle is the most common type.

WW2 German Heer Bevo Breast Eagle . A great reproduction of woven midwar German eagle(adler) We believe this is the most convincing copy available. It is on dark green woven background with an aged finish to the eagle, no need to dull it down just sew on to a tunic and it looks 100% authentic. No pigeon head on this beauty. The Woven or BeVo type breast insignia was issued from the early stares of WW2. It is the most common variety and replaced the very rare M36 cloth breast eagle. Early version WW2 Bevo Eagle were white on a bottle green background. but by 1940 these were already slightly duller. By 1943 they had been replaced by Mouse grey eagle on a subdued background.
