To all customers, once we have sent your parcel we cannot do anything but send you the tracking number . We do not run the royal mail postal service and have no more contact with them than anyone else. We can send with a different courier but the cost for most parcels would be up to 100% more expensive. The constant emails ( and some of the accusations) and extra workload have been a nightmare the past two months and have actually taken so much time up it has slowed down the dispatch of orders.

If this event happens again or there is continual postal strikes and disruption i will stop selling overseas and any only sell to UK mainland during those periods.

`Service Update

International services have been reinstated to all destinations

Delivery of International items may take slightly longer than usual. Customers using International Tracked / International Tracked and Signed services may notice different tracking information as items leave the UK. We are seeing some delays to some Tracking events in a small number of destinations. As we continue to work with our partners to resolve this, if you cannot see tracking information for your items then it is likely to be available on the overseas’ Posts own tracking websites. 

We would like to apologise to impacted customers for the disruption this incident is causing.  `
