Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
You can choose to display prices in U.K. Ponds, U.S. Dollars or Euros. Please note this is for guidance only and payment settlement will be in U.K. Pounds. The U.S. Dollar and Euro price may differ slightly due to a timelapse in settlement occurring.
Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under U.K. Consumer Rights Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 14 days beginning on the day after you receive the goods, However all purchase and refunds charges will be covered by the customer
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. The buyer has to cover all transaction fees . This calculate this as 10% of the value of the goods.
Please note that goods and services with a value lower than £42 are exempt from these regulations.
All orders will be posted within 24 hours from receipt of payment not withstanding private holidays, weekends or unforeseen circumstances. Please note we have a Very Large stock but it is inevitable that not every single item is in stock 100% of the time. If your item is not in stock we will advise on the probable delivery date and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delay. We will refund any items not in stock if requested. Delivery time on orders is subject to postal service times.
Note we ship worldwide using a range of couriers including parcelforce, fedex , TNT and UPS.
If on receipt of your order you find damage or incorrect goods we will replace the items and pay for any return shipping. If you have ordered the wrong size you can return for an exchange but must pay our return postage as well as your own. If its our mistake we will pay the costs. We will refund any goods if you are not satisfied. However cancelling orders without good reason will result in you being charged for our transaction costs. 10% of the goods price. The banks charge us for all transactions and refunds. Once an order is placed it is final and any mistakes or sizing errors No refund is given on return postage unless previously agreed by ourselves. We do endeavor to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website [and using our services/buying our products] you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.
